Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, it closes at 22:30. Who enters a restaurant '' at will '' to go out 1h later? The owners know that if it's empty 1h before closing, it gives nothing to stay open. If someone comes in, he will require service until much later than 10:30 pm. So it is normal that they have closed if the household is done in addition. Profitability factor, why stay open and pay employees if no one is there or why stretch the hours for so few customers.

The sushi (and the rest of the menu) are also at will in the evening and it costs 29.99 per person during the weekend (and 26.99 during the week) :)
The prices are already very reasonable, I do not think they have discount coupons to print ... However, if you go there often, the owner may give you a reduction of 20% ...
